Have a wonderful stay in a high-quality holiday apartment equipped with all conveniences. In the heart of the town of Marbella, this south-facing quiet apartment is ideally located on the 4th floor with a lift and elevator and facing the sea: there is direct access to the paseo maritimo (the promenade), and to the beach of Fontanilla with its bars, restaurants, supermarket and gym all close by. There is no need for a car as all conveniences can be reached on foot and public transport is close by.
Everything is in place for an enjoyable stay in a tastefully decorated and well-appointed space: large bay window in the living room that opens onto the sea, automatic sun blinds, dining table and chairs and a relaxing sofa. There is a flat screen TV and fast speed fiber optic WIFI is included.
