The house is on the ground floor. Or as in Spain it is called a "casa mata". On the ground floor: 2 bedrooms (4 beds in total), a living room with sofa bed for 2 people, a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate luxury rain shower, a separate toilet and a luxury kitchen.
Kitchen: complete with a dishwasher, large fridge, oven, hob and microwave. In addition, there is a separate tap for filtered tap drinking water and the luxury coffee machine is filled with coffee beans. Enjoy a delicious fresh cup of coffee in the nice patio or on the chill spot on the roof terrace, with sea view.
Bedrooms: Two rooms with new comfortable mattresses. Both the 'fisherman' room and the 'surf' room have two single beds of 80 x 200, which can also be made into a double bed.
Air conditioning: In every bedroom and the living room.
WIFI: Good Wi-Fi connection throughout the house. Highspeed internet (100 mbs download and upload)
Patio: From the kitchen you enter a spacious patio. Equipped with a cozy seating area, an outdoor shower with hot water and a washing machine.
Roof terrace: From the patio we go via the stairs to an incredibly private terrace with outdoor kitchen. On the roof terrace is an outdoor kitchen, a large dining table with 6 chairs, a bbq and a chill corner, where you can enjoy the sun, overlooking the sea.

Camping bed, chest of drawers and high chair available. The entrance of the house is located on a pedestrian street, where you walk straight into the boulevard. At 5 minutes walking distance you have all kinds of play equipment and children can play in the big sandbox (the beach ;-))
The complete house is at your disposal and everything is ready for your stay: beds ready and a set of towels for each person. Including fresh drinking water. Unlimited coffee and tea.
Since 2014 we are big lovers of Malaga. Especially fell in love with the authenticity of this Spanish neighborhood. The real Spanish life can be felt here. The peace, the conviviality and the wonderful climate.
In recent years we have always shared this love online, now we want to share all these charms of Pedregalejo and El Palo 'offline'. With an experience in our beach house.

Pedregalejo is a unique beach district in Malaga. Is known for relaxed beaches and cozy boulevard with nice hip and authentic eateries. Enjoy grilled sardines in front of the door, prepared in a bbq boat on the beach.
Our favorite places for a bite to eat are: Pez Tomillo, Molabassa and La Machina.
For fresh fish and paella: Rompeolas and Las Acacias.
Beautiful coffee places by the sea: La Casita or La Chancla. Sun there. That is enjoyment!
Within walking distance supermarket, greengrocer, butcher, indoor food market in El Palo, local market on the boulevard (every Saturday), bike rental, bus stop.
For the little ones - The house is located on a pedestrian street, where you walk directly onto the boulevard. At 5 min walking distance you have play equipment (cable car) and children can play in the big sandbox (the beach ;-))
Rent an (electric) bicycle or electric scooter (easy via an app) & drive in a 20/25 minutes to the center, or cycle east to El Palo / Rincon de la Victoria and discover the beauty of Penon del cuervo. A unique bay with public bbq spot
