Paraíso del Sol is our beautiful Villa with an Andalusian style and contemporary decoration style. Intensely bright, it has been recently renovated and decorated. Are distributed in 2 plants. on the first floor we will have the main area of the house with 2 bedrooms, a kitchen open to a room through which you access the terrace and pool area, and also adjoining the living room and dining room, from where the views to the sea are totally cleared. The pool is wide (9x4) and will have outdoor furniture (comfortable hammocks, tables and armchairs). The sun in both summer and winter will allow you to enjoy this area almost all year round. On the ground floor you will enjoy another room with TV and library, 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 full bathroom.
From this area you can also enjoy another garden area with beautiful views. Just 2 km away, about 5 minutes by car, we find the Benagalbón Beach, where the 'La Calma' beach bar is known for its cocktails and fun meals. The activities that we recommend near the house are:- Golf: famous Añoreta Golf Club. Our house is located just 1km from the Golf Club, where you can practice this sport (there is also the junior section) at very competitive prices. Account with school of Golf, Restaurant, Room for Celebrations, Chiringuito and Padel. Añoreta Golf was the first golf course built in the Costa del Sol Axarquia (Rincon de la Victoria). Its location is privileged; Strategically located in the Mediterranean Sea, it is located a few minutes from the Costa del Sol Airport and a few minutes from the Picasso Museum Malaga or the Cueva de Nerja, declared of Cultural Interest. Añoreta Golf is an 18-hole par 72 course, highlighting among others the hole 7 with stunning views of the sea and the 17th which is a par 3 surrounded in three parts by water.- Horseback riding: Los Nogales Hipica School- Visit La Cueva del Tesoro in Cala del Moral.- Scuba diving and boat rental: at 20/30 min there is Burriana Beach in Nerja and Playa de la Herradura. In Málaga Centro, 20 minutes from our house, you will also find a wide variety of Museums, Theaters, Restaurants, Monuments such as the citadel, Pier 1. When you arrive at our house we will have prepared a great variety of recommendations for you!
