Just two minutes walk to the beach, supermarket across the road where you can buy everything you need and do not use the car.
The house is one level, a spacious lounge divided into dining area, seating area and American style kitchen with breakfast area. A large French window opens onto a covered terrace, where there is also a large dining table for eight people and a large sofa. The villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, Master bedroom suite,
two guest bedrooms (with a double bed and two single beds) each bedroom has en-suite bathroom.
And additional fourth bedroom has a double bed and sofa-bed, it is ideal for a nanny and child.
