This Villa stands in one of the most prestigious sites in Guadalmina Baja, to many people the most sought-after location in the Marbella area.. This beautiful residence which has been improved and enlarged many times and in particular, by the present owners, was the original "cortijo" of Guadalmina. The grounds extend to over 7000 sq metres with a magnificent entrance drive at the front lined with palm trees and at the back a superb garden of 100 metres in length leading towards the sea.
The interior of the house is built around an andalusian patio. It is arranged almost entirely on one floor with only the very large main bedroom suite upstairs. The house is beautifully decorated throughout in a mixture of different styles with reflections of traditional Spain, Morocco and the contemporary. The interior is littered with modern art which gives the finishing touch to one of the most exclusive private residences of Marbella.
