The Space
Our home is a 210 m² detached villa, built on a 487 m² lot, offering comfort both indoors and outdoors. Here you can take a dip in the pool and lounge out to get a tan, read a book, then take an outdoor shower, and fire up the grill for a delicious barbecue!
Stepping inside: an open-concept space featuring the living/dining room and a well-equipped kitchen in a minimalist yet cozy style, along with a bathroom/laundry room. Up the stairs, there are three bedrooms that share a bathroom and a beautiful terrace with a view of the sea, plus one bedroom with an en suite bathroom and its own terrace overlooking the sea.
All have a spacious closet where you can unpack your bags and start your adventure.
Go up one more floor and you’ll reach the rooftop terrace, where you’ll have a commanding view of the neighborhood all the way to the sea, as if you were flying.
Amenities and Common Areas
The house is entirely at your disposal, but WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES OR LARGE GATHERINGS. As already specified in other sections, this is a family-friendly and residential area, and we love that everyone can enjoy their stay in a respectful manner.
