There is a very large Living Room and Dining Room, Library, Kitchen & Breakfast Room, Utility Room with Washer & Dryer and downstairs Powder Room. In the rear Garden is a 15 X 5 M Heated Salt Water Swimming Pool with a 16M Covered Terrace with an outside Kitchen area, Shower Room and Powder Room. Bedrooms and Living areas have Ceiling Fans.

We are a 12 minute drive to the neighbouring town of Marciac, famed for the annual Music Festival where many global celebrities play each year.
