Summary: The receptionist was extremely unpolite and rude from the very beginning. She asked for my name three times, even though I had already repeated it clearly, and then insisted several times on how exactly the reservation was made, in a very unpleasant manner. Instead of being welcoming, her attitude felt dismissive and unprofessional. On top of this, the server in the restaurant refused to speak English, making the situation even more uncomfortable. To make matters worse, there was also a strange smell in the corridor, which added to the overall negative impression.
