This well-proportioned bright airy modern 3 story townhouse has a contemporary open plan lounge diner which is furnished with 2 sofas, coffee and occasional tables, a TV unit and a dining table. The spacious entrance hall leads into the lounge which has a large picture window that overlooks the front terrace. There is a smart TV, Spanish digital channels, wi-fi and a DVD player.
The fully fitted kitchen has wall and floor units containing an extensive range of crockery, cutlery, glasses, serving dishes, saucepans and utensils. There is a fridge freezer, microwave, electric hob and oven with extractor fan, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, coffee maker and kettle. All parts of the house have a selection of prints, mirrors and hangings. There is full cool and hot air-conditioning throughout the house for which we make no additional charge.
The large solarium rooftop gives stunning views of the surrounding countryside and has sun loungers, table and 6 chairs for al fresco dining. The front terrace is a real suntrap and at the back there is a secluded kitchen patio with table and chairs. The large pool complex is open every day from 25 May - 15 September and exclusive to owners and guests. There is a large main pool and a children's pool plus toilets, changing facilities, sun loungers, terraces with wonderful views to Africa, and in peak time a kiosk selling cold drinks.
