The Space:
A lively and welcoming vacation home, located on the edge of the center of the famous seaside city Ostend, that is Sersea, with its 4 bedrooms and very spacious bathroom, the house can accommodate 7 guests in a fine and easy atmosphere.

The beating heart of this home is the combined kitchen, dining room and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, kettle, toaster, freezer and microwave. The dining room and living room offer plenty of space so you can all enjoy a good breakfast together before heading out for a full day of exploring Ostend!

3 of the 4 bedrooms are located on the second floor of the house. Two bedrooms are equipped with a double bed, the 3rd bedroom has 1 single bed and a fixed baby bed.

The spacious bathroom with bathtub, large walk-in shower, double sink and toilet is also located on this floor.

The 4th bedroom is located on the top floor and has direct access to the roof terrace. This roof terrace is a real highlight of this beautiful vacation home! Here you can completely unwind or enjoy a delicious bbq after a day at the beach.

Upon arrival you can immediately park your car in the indoor garage (max. length 4.80m) of the house, this way your vacation can start immediately!

PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:
If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of €500. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. CLEANING:
Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.

CONSUMPTION:
Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.

CONTROL:
The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.
