The charming holiday home La Marisol is located directly by the sea in a quiet residential area on the southern edge of S'Illot. This semi-detached house forms the lower part of a two-storey house with easy access via a spacious courtyard and a lovely terrace with direct access to the small rocky plateau by the sea, ideal for swimming for experienced guests.
The flat is located on the ground floor without stairs and presents a spacious and cosy living-dining area with mixed satellite TV and breathtaking views of the bay. The modern and fully equipped kitchen has gas and ceramic hobs, a separate oven, a large fridge and a dishwasher for maximum convenience.
The master bedroom with double bed has its own en-suite bathroom, while a second bedroom with bunk beds offers space for two people and is ideal for children. There are a total of two comfortable bathrooms with showers.
The house is well isolated and has air conditioning for pleasant temperatures all year round, which can be used for an additional fee. Enjoy the deep blue sea right in front of the terrace and reach the centre of S'Illot and the bay's beautiful sandy beach in around 10 minutes on foot. In the opposite direction, the quiet beaches of Cala Morlanda are also within walking distance.
