Welcome to Solimar, a semi-detached house in a two-family house directly by the sea in a quiet residential area on the southern edge of S'Illot. This flat is located on the first floor and is accessible via an external staircase. The roof terrace above is also accessible via an external staircase and is exclusively for the guests of this flat. This leads to the large sun terrace with fantastic sea views and a covered summer kitchen. There are no stairs in the flat itself.
The flat has a spacious living/dining area with mixed satellite TV and offers a marvellous view of the bay thanks to panoramic windows. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, separate oven and dishwasher. The large bedroom with double bed has its own bathroom en suite. A further comfortable bathroom is also available. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds.
The house is well isolated and can be kept at a good temperature without air conditioning. Optional air conditioning can be booked as required for a fee.
Enjoy access to the small rocky plateau right next to the house, ideal for swimming for experienced guests. Experience the deep blue sea right in front of the terrace and reach the beach of S'Illot in just 10 minutes on foot.
