4 Bedroom Villa in Urbanizacion Ladera del Mar, Nerja
The villa is located on Ladera del Mar which is one of the most prestigious urbanisations in Nerja which is immaculately kept with beautiful floral displays and has a fantastic communal pool and surrounding grounds.
Our property itself is a beautifully furnished 4 bedroom villa with its own private pool, gardens and AMAZING sea views to the east, south and west. The villa is positioned to received the sun ALL day. The sea can be viewed from ALL of the bedrooms, lounge and kitchen, which makes its fairly unique. All bedrooms have balcony/garden access. There is a roof terrace off the master bedroom which offers wonderful sea and mountain views and is great for stargazing late at night. We have safe off street parking for several cars behind locked gates. We have a large games/cinema/play room providing entertainment when the sun gets too hot.
Sleeping 8 + 2 small children, the property is ideal for large groups of friends or family. We have lots of facilities for children. There are 100s of films for young and old. There is wifi, a high quality table football and pool inflatables . We also have 2 cots, 3 highchairs, and a play area in the games/cinema room with lots of toys including dolls with dressing up clothes, a blackboard, Duplo, a train set, a fire station, cars, lots of games, books, infant toys, beach balls, buckets and spades etc. .
In addition to the 4 bedrooms there are also 2 folding beds (suitable for small children only) which can be used in 3 of the 4 bedrooms or the lounge if preferred
This is a year round holiday location. There is air conditioning for the summer months and heating for the cooler evenings of the winter. All of the bedrooms have hairdryers. The utility room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board and second fridge freezer (which is handy for larger families and well located for poolside drinks and ice creams!)
The nearest beach is within easy walking distance (5/10 minutes) with bars and restaurants. The charming town of Nerja is a short bus ride (1 euro, hourly except during siesta), a 5 minute drive or a 25/30 minute beach/road walk away. Nerja is lovely, full of charming shops, restaurants, nightclubs and beaches. A taxi is around 6/7 euros in the day and 8/9 euros in the evening.
Malaga airport is 45 minutes away, a water park and golf is 20 minutes and the ski slopes of the spectacular Sierra Nevada just 75 minutes. There is plenty of recreational, historic and cultural attractions very close by including the fabulous Caves of Nerja.
Please note that in order to receive the fantastic views the villa is at the top of a hill and has several steps up from the car park area. Therefore, it MAY NOT be suitable for people with impaired mobility.
