Summary: This review is based on a three week stay in the property toward the end of August through early September 2022. Overall, a pleasant property in a great location, however; - Lack of access to the upper reaches of the property (even if not advertised as usable) detracts from the full and unrestricted enjoyment of the dwelling. - Solid (high-quality) panel fencing provides a good measure of screening to the property but also makes it feel claustrophobic and prevents airflow during the very hot periods of the day. - The overall condition of the property (in our view) is adequate rather than exceptional. Finally, whilst located in an ideal area, there are (currently) a number of redevelopments in progress in the immediate facility. Unfortunately we were forced to vacate the property and spent our final week in a local hotel as the noise from an adjacent property being “knocked about” became unbearable. In terms of value for money, given that we had to secure hotel accommodation for the final week at short notice the stay proved expensive, had this not been the case we would consider the offer in terms of value-for-money to be adequate.
