The house has five ancient rooms that invite visitors to immerse themselves in a small and charming village, included in the World Heritage Sites. House "La Casita": Old house of the 18th century. 110 m2 completely restored and conditioned but keeping great part of the Canarian pine wood ceilings. It has two rooms with bathroom, an open pan kitchen and a dining room with huge garden with solarium and open air private swimming pool and with spectacular views to the mountains as well as to the vineyards and olive trees terraces.
Located in the historical-artistic area of Arico Nuevo to the southeast of the island of Tenerife and only 47 kilometers from the capital of the island and 28 kilometers from the Tenerife South Airport (TFS), El Sitio de la Casa is a small rural resort with charm aimed at special and diferent people, who like to enjoy quiet places with magic and charm. The pleasant climate of the south of Tenerife makes this place an ideal destination all year round.
If you like diving you can visit El Porís de Abona, Las Eras and have a bath in the clean waters of the Atlantic and if you prefer climbing you will find magnificent walls in the ravines of Ortiz, El Río and El Porís.
