Use over 400 sqm. The half-timbered house is a listed, fully functional watermill built in country-house style on the river. There are a total of 5 holiday apartments: BRA UCK 001, BRA UCK 002 (3 persons each), BRA UCK 003 (4 persons), BRA UCK 004 (2 persons), BRA UCK 005 (12 persons). The apartments have been refurbished using ecological methods with clay walls and hemp insulation. The mill room is both a museum and a communal space for celebrations with up to 50 people. Use of the communal room is subject to a fee and must always be requested and agreed in advance. There is also a communal room for 24 people with fireplace and television for a fee. The holiday home is not suitable for residential groups. With a diameter of six metres, the waterwheel is the largest in northern Germany. A garden sauna is available with a hot tub. Access is via a side road (asphalted, length 300 m). Parking (for 10 cars) on the street in front of the house.
