The house has an independent entry and is built over two floors, with a roof terrace.
On the ground floor there is a hall which opens on to the front patio of the house. On the ground floor you will find the spacious lounge diner with a flat screen TV. There is also a full bathrooms with shower and a fully equipped kitchen with all that you may need for your holidays.
On the first floor are the three bedrooms, the main bedroom has a double bed and balcony with stunning views. The second bedroom has two single beds and the third has one single bed.
On the large roof terrace there is a small laundry room and area to hang out laundry, along with a magnificent terrace with infinite views where you can enjoy a drink under the stars or have breakfast in the pleasant summer breeze.
LOCATION
The house is found in the area known as la Almadraba, only a 30 minute walk from Camposoto beach, one of the longest beaches in the province of Cádiz with more than six kilometres of unspolit sand.
A five minute walk will take you to the well-known restaurant Casa Pepe, where you can enjoy typical dishes of the area.
A short drive of just over five minutes gets you to the shopping centre Bahía Sur and there is easy road access to get to the rest of the towns and cities of the province such as
Cádiz, Chiclana, Conil and Vejer.
There is also a bus stop literally just across the road if you want to leave the car parked.
