This wonderful, completely renovated and interior designed, super spacious well-maintained 5 bedrooms house is situated in the residential complex 'Azalea Beach', only 400 meters to the beach and within a 15 minutes walk to all amenities on offer in Puerto Banus. This recently totally refurbished and technically well equipped property will satisfy even highest expectations. It is built over 3 storeys and offers lots of space. From the entrance hall with guest toilet to the left you enter the comfortable lounge with fireplace and a dining area with a huge designer dining table for 10. The brand new open plan kitchen is fully equipped and supplies an American fridge with ice-maker. From the spacious and very comfortable living room you have access to a private courtyard and a cosy garden which offers privacy area. The partly covered terrace is tastefully and comfortably furnished with outdoor sofas and in the back of the garden there is a dining deck with a dining table for 10 - the perfect escape for outdoor breakfasts, mediterranean lunches, dinners or sunset happy hours or BBQ. The garden faces Southwest with lots of sun and the plot borders a green zone, so you enjoy total tranquility, no traffic! There is a playground and an outdoor gym area in that greenzone. You only must open the backdoor in the garden to enjoy these extra features!
On the first floor, there is the sun-filled master bedroom with a new ensuite marble bathroom. From the bedroom you have access to a southwest facing terrace with sun-loungers, overlooking the green zone and a bit of sea in the distance. The room provides a king-size double-bed, an office desk and a big flatscreen tv, and it is - like every room in this house - elegantly decorated to highest standards. Also on the first level, there are two equally tastefully decorated double-bedrooms. One with a king-size double-bed and the other one with two single beds of 90x200cm. Both rooms share a full bathroom. The basement consists of a big entertainment room with a new 60' LED tv, comfortable sofas and a gambling table. Behind this area, there is bedroom number 4 with a separate entrance hall behind glass and an artificial, illuminated waterfall. The spacious double-bedroom has an elegant ensuite bathroom. Really nice! Also in the basement: utility room with washing machine and tumbler and storage space with some beach equipment at your convenience. To the right of the gambling area, there is bedroom number 5 with a 160x200cm double-bed, equipped with a flatscreen tv and an ensuite bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms in the basement have ceiling windows with daylight. This area is ideal for older children that want to be a bit independant from the rest of the family. Wifi reception all over the house.
