The house is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, upon entering the property, you are welcomed by a large open-plan space divided into different areas: entrance hall, cosy living room with fireplace, sitting area, dining room, and a spacious fully equipped kitchen. From here, there is direct access to the outdoor porch, an ideal space to enjoy sunny breakfasts or pleasant al fresco dinners. In front of the porch lies the large swimming pool, surrounded by lawn and offering beautiful open views of the sea and the mountains.
