The chalet's surroundings are very wooded and you can take beautiful walks and cycling trips right from the house. Nature reserves such as Den Haert, Het Grotenhout, Kindernouw and the Visbeek Valley show you all the natural beauty of the region. Not far from the chalet are the Lilse Bergen. This is a large recreational domain with a swimming pond, sandy beach and playgrounds. Just like the nearby villages of Gierle, Wechelderzande and Poederlee, Lille is home to several nice sights.
