Spacious and light filled three bedroom ground floor apartment, with own private entrance, set in the safe secure grounds of Roda Golf Resort.
Guests can avail of the morning sun from the private front patio and move to the private terrace later for the evening sun.
The resort is magnificently presented with wonderfully manicured public areas and golf course to enjoy.
Guest's will particularly appreciate the close proximity to Roda village, Los Alcazares and the many beaches surrounding.
The apartment, which has integrated air conditioning in all rooms, has its own entrance and is comprised of a private patio area at the front where guests can enjoy the morning sun. In the evening time guests can locate to the private terrace at the rear of the apartment for the evening sun. The fully equipped kitchen conveniently opens out to both the patio and terrace/garden areas.
The light filled living room has two couches for comfortable seating, has a dining table for inside dining and also conveniently opens out to the patio and terrace areas.
The main bedroom has a large double bed, fitted wardrobe and ensuite bathroom. The other two bedrooms each have two twin beds and fitted wardrobes and share a separate bathroom. All bedrooms have window shutters which block out the light fully to assist comfortable sleep.
The beautifully landscaped communal swimming pool is a few steps away from the terrace.
There is parking available on the road which is a few steps from the front door to the apartment and there is also parking in the dedicated underground garage, with access from there by lift or stairs.
Roda Golf is comprised of a par 72 golf course and Club House, which has a very impressive roof top cafe and restaurant. There is also a fully equipped gym close the club house with lovely views over the lake.
Our location allows for easy access to the small and charming village of Roda(right beside the resort) and the larger resort of Los Alcazares(2km approx) and Los Narejos, with their beautiful beaches and many restaurants, bars and nightclubs. All can be accessed by foot(if feeling energetic), bike(our preferred method) or car.
The many beaches of the Mar Menor, San Javier and further afield are easily accessible by short car ride.
The Murcia region provides many activities to enjoy, including water sports(swimming, sailing, wind surfing, kite surfing, kayaking), hiking, horse riding, and golfing(there are twenty one golf courses in Murcia).
The beautiful towns of Cartagena( with its Roman Amphitheatre) and Murcia are within thirty minutes drive(can also be reached by bus) and are a must see.
Roda Golf is also very easily accessible from Murcia Airport( 30 minutes by car, €50 approx by taxi) or Alicante Airport(60 minutes by car or €100 approx by taxi)
Our agent will thoroughly clean the apartment and will meet and greet guests on arrival and meet guests again on departure. The cleaning and meet/greet service is included in the price provided. Bed Linen and Towel fees are payable on arrival to our agent, €20 for double bed and €15 per single bed.
