The villa also has fully fitted wardrobe space, a safe, air conditioning/heating and private parking space.
The location of this villa is in the perfect area for both beach and amenities, within an easy couple of minutes walk to the San Pedro beach front where you will find ample restaurants, bars and beach clubs. The town of San Pedro is located also just a couple of minutes away where you can enjoy the new boulavard, play areas and restaurants. The supermarket is also close by. A car is not necessary here.
