In a quiet area of Biscarrosse Plage, we offer a semi-detached duplex house at the foot of the dunes. Ideal for a weekend or longer stay with family or friends, whether you're taking surf lessons or relaxing on the beach. The house comprises an entrance leading into the fully fitted and equipped kitchen (hob, oven, dishwasher, etc.). This opens onto the main living area with a lounge/dining room and a TV corner (no Wi-Fi, but a set-top box can be rented). There is a first bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) for two people, and a second bedroom with two single beds (90 cm). A shower room and separate WC provide added comfort. A mezzanine with a double bed (140 cm) offers two additional sleeping spaces. The south-facing aspect and the peaceful setting of the residence allow you to fully enjoy the lovely terrace for meals, cocktails, and sunny days. A private parking space is included with the rental. You can park upon arrival and, if you wish, explore everything on foot or by bike during your stay – perfect for enjoying restaurants with your feet in the sand, our cycle paths, and other favorite spots in our region. A sunny holiday awaits!
