Beautiful and very comfortable apartment with everything you need to enjoy a vacation.

Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and built-in wardrobes, and the other with spacious and comfortable single beds. All very bright and spacious, with two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.
Finally, the community features gardens, paddle tennis courts, and swimming pools, which guests can enjoy.

You will have access to the entire Apartment with a private balcony. You will also get to enjoy the communal pool.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am. We offer early check-in for a fee of €30 to ensure convenience for our guests
Please note that If you can't access the property due to leaving the key inside or misplacing it and require our assistance, the cost will be €100 within the hours of 8 am to 8 pm. Outside of these hours, the cost rises to €200.
FAMILY FACILITIES
A travel cot with bedding is provided for an additional fee (subject to availability) . Guests are welcome to make use of the additional facility however I politely ask that the travel cot is set up and then returned back to its original place of storage before you check out.

Due to drought issues in Andalucía, the city of Marbella may be affected by water cuts and restrictions on its use.
The Community pool is open from June 15th until September 15th.
Only one of the swimming pools will be open.

We operate a strict no party policy and please respect my neighbors by keeping tv, voice and music very low after 10pm.
