Summary: I'm never one to write reviews that aren't great, but it's necessary to be honest and defend the price you pay. This apartment could be much nicer or better maintained. The shower had mold on its walls, all the linens smelled awful, the towels smelled damp and very old, the pillows smelled like someone else's sweat (they need to be replaced), and the bedspread smelled like sweat. They need to replace all of that. The most important thing is that they sell air conditioning, and that's NOT true. They only provide a portable unit that helps cool the room. I felt cheated because I did need air conditioning and was paying for it in my room, which wasn't the case. Otherwise, yes, very close to the beach. The location is very good. Thank you very much.
