From the living room we can access the private terrace, facing south, with fantastic views of the golf course and a pleasant sofa area where you can enjoy the fantastic climate of the Costa del Sol. The kitchen is spacious, modern and bright, and has a all the necessary utensils to make your stay more comfortable.
Next to the kitchen and living room we find a corridor that leads to the bedrooms.
The master bedroom is on the right and has a 1.80 x 2 m bed, large closets, windows overlooking the gardens and a full en-suite bathroom.
On the other side of the living room are the other two bedrooms that share a bathroom, both with built-in wardrobes and two joined single beds.
** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**.
During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
