The Space:
The apartment has 2 bedrooms (1 room with a double bed and 1 room with two single beds) both rooms are very equipped and have large built-in wardrobes to store all the luggage perfectly. It is perfect for a maximum of 5 people, because the sofa is convertible into a sofa bed for one more person.
The bathroom, completely new, is perfect, large, beautiful and very comfortable for two people to be there at the same time without disturbing each other.
The kitchen is new, equipped and very nice. The appliances are of quality, it is the perfect place to prepare a wonderful dinner. The apartment has a total of 75 m².
It is very bright, the sun enters through the large living room window illuminating the entire room. You will not be hot, there is air conditioning in all rooms, in winter you will not be cold, since it also has heating.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit is required, the amount of which is indicated in the advertisement. This deposit must be provided before arrival. Swikly eliminates the need for bank transfers, cash payments, or the blocking of a credit card. This is not a payment: the guest will not be charged the requested amount, but will authorize the charge in case of damage. DAMAGE DEPOSIT CHARGES: As long as the property is in a satisfactory condition of cleanliness and no damage or missing items are found during the final inventory check at the end of the stay, the bank details will be withdrawn no later than 10 days after the end of the stay. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be charged by Swikly, after the owner has deducted the cost of the damages plus a 5.6% fee for collection costs.
