Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The property is very well located close to the beach and nearby you have a supermarket and a pharmacy. Big property, the courtyard is surrounding the villa, the rooms are spacious except one of them which is smaller. You have everything you need to stay for days and enjoy the property. Wifi is good, a parking space inside. We had 2 issues and they came to fix it, after one or two days: one light inside the pool was floating on the water (they tried but not succeeded to fix it) and the batteries for the gate remote.

Negative: There are many things I didn’t like about: The worst was the communication with the management, only by whatsup, the answers are sporadic and many of the answer were like “thank you, will forward the question..appreciate your patience and understanding “. The property is not very well maintained need some improvements for the paving, for daily maintenance of the pool. A very big issue were the ants, many, too many, even after using the insecticide. Nobody came even once to clean and change the bedsheets and the towels The deposit money: after almost one month they released and the money were reimbursed, after many, too many whatsup conversations We asked for an invoice: we received only a receipt, although I have asked many, too many times for the fiscal invoice

Summary: Not a good value for the money-many things need real improvement
