Villa Maïalen, located in the town of Soustons Plage is ideally located 5 minutes by bike from the ocean, the lake or the center of Vieux Boucau; Everything is done by bike (available free of charge) by the bike path that passes at the end of the house!
If you want to visit the allentours you are 15 minutes by car from Hossegor, 30 minutes from Bayonne, 45 minutes from Saint Jean de Luz.
Villa of 290 m2 with indoor and heated pool (April to September) of 8x4 m that can accommodate up to 16 people on wooded land of 5000 m². Ping-Pong table, bowling alley, beach volleyball court, mini football, French billiards, home cinema room, hammocks, sun loungers, terraces with wooden tables, benches, parasol.
