Villa Guaita is located in the quiet residential urbanisation of Serra Brava, at only 4km from the center of Lloret de Mar and from the beautiful beach of Cala Canyelles.
This is a one-floor villa with all rooms on the same level as the garden and pool area, so suitable for elderly people and families with small kids. This is quite exceptional to find in this area!
You access the villa trough the electric gate where you’ll find an large private parking space for three cars.
Ample dining and living room with sliding doors to the garden and terrace. The living room has a large 65" Smart TV so you can connect to Youtube and your Netflix, Disney, … accounts. ASTRA German satellite channels and several Spanish channels.
Electric chimney with heater and varios ambiance lights to enjoy the chillier evenings.
Exterior covered porche with dining table, chill out sofa and BBQ. From here you access the large garden with natural grass, sun loungers and private pool.

All rooms have music speakers which you can connect to via cable, CD/radio stereo system or via Bluetooth device in the living room.
There's a little supermarket in the urbanisation (2min by car) with fresh bakery (open in high season).
The beautiful sandy beach of Cala Canyelles is a 10min ride by car and is one of our favorites in the area! It has a small harbor, ice cream stand, bay watch and water activities.
Two good restaurants on the beach as well: the newly opened beach club Gammarus with amazing ambiance and music, and the classic Syrius for fish and paella.
* A bath towel set per person is included (one large and one small towel per person).
* Weekly cleaning and change of sheets/towels is included for stays of 2 or more weeks.
* Unfortunately we do not accept groups of youngsters, the minimum age for groups of adults is 28 years. Families with children are more than welcome.
