In the main house you have three bedrooms, two with queen seize beds (1.60x2.00m) and two single (0.80x2.00m), and two bathrooms (one en-suite with bathtub). Two of the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, of which one also cools down the living area. Additionally, you have a separate apartment with en-suite shower bath, to offer your friends, kids or other family members some privacy. The studio, located below the pool level, does have another queen seize bed (1.60x2.00m) and also an ensuite bathroom with shower. The open plan kitchen opens to the dining area and the cosy living room, from which you access the pool terrace. The pool is welcoming you for a swim or just to relax on the terrace. Here is also the BBQ-area for the perfect meal. Enjoy a serene lifestyle while being close to the vibrant towns of Pego and Denia. A security deposit will be charged prior to arrival and will be refunded within 14 days of departure if no damages have been done.
