Positive: The pool and outside area was nice, it had a nice view, the pool was clean and warm and the lights at night gave it a lovely touch. The beds were fairly comfortable too. The staff however were so supportive with our issues and as there was only 6 of us in the end they let us stay in another villa.

Negative: Inside was a whole other story. Despite the beds being nice, the bathroom ensuites were in desperate need of an update, leaky, and just icky. The kitchen wasn't great and had baby cockraoches everywhere, so keep the food in the fridge. Unfortunately, due to the heat there, the roaches are just something that can not be totally avoided. The lounge was nice. Not great internet, but if they update certain things, it'll be a really nice villa. That all being said with the water issued villa plus were amazing they gave us a different villa they had available, which was an amazing villa, and I suspect it was only doable as there were six of us. Anissa went above and beyond, so I recommend villa plus 100% and a 5* review for them just unfortunate about the villa. If you've got a bigger booking than 6 people. Look elsewhere on villa plus until it's updated.

Summary: Villa need serious update. Especially bathrooms.
