Our cottage is located in the Perigord Noir near the most tourist sites, at the top of a hill. It is therefore in an environment with lush nature and absolute calm that you will be welcomed. The charm is incomparable.
The cottage includes the ground floor with an independent entrance and a parking space
1) A large room of 50 m2 with 1 large bed in 160 cm, and 3 beds in 90 cm, TV, a toilet, a large bathroom of 18 m2 independent with a very large walk-in shower, a bathtub jacuzzi.
2) On the 1st floor, a large kitchen with dishwasher overlooking a large terrace with tables and chairs, beautiful view of the forest and pool. Independent toilet.
3) On the second floor, a large room (38 m2) with a bed 160 cm, and 1 bed 90 cm, (possibility of adding another bed 90) a small bathroom (in the room) with a shower Italian style, a balcony with two chairs and a bistro table, overlooking the forest and a toilet on the landing.
The beds are made upon arrival.
Outside: a large natural pool 14 m long and 7.5 m wide with a large paddling pool for the little ones, to share with the owners.
The water is filtered and purified by aquatic plants. It's pure and chlorine-free, it's like river water. An area of pleasant relaxation to recover the 'zen'! (note, for the survival of plants, only organic sun creams are allowed).
