High above Lake Como, in the upper part of the picturesque mountain village of Brenzio at the northern tip of Lake Como, this idyllic wooden chalet in tiny house flair lies in the middle of untouched nature. Surrounded by meadows and old trees it offers peace and privacy.
From the private garden the fantastic lake and mountain panorama fascinates not only in bright sunshine. When in spring and autumn fog moves up the slopes, then the whole magic of this wonderful place opens up here above.
The chalet built in 2018 is lovingly designed and ideal for couples or small families. From the private garden an impressive view opens onto the lake, the mountain peaks opposite and the nearby Valtellina – ideal for relaxed hours in the sun, a picnic in the shade or simply to breathe deeply.
The house lies on the slope and extends over two levels. The entrance is via the terrace door through the living room. On the upper floor at living level there is the terrace with dining table and deck chairs as well as a wonderful view into the garden. A grill is available.
The approx. 200 m² garden offers plenty of space for relaxing and playing.
The spacious natural garden fenced on three sides with old trees invites with a picnic table to relaxed hours and offers from up here a fantastic lake and mountain view.
The entrance is via the terrace door. You enter directly into the open living room with living area with well-equipped kitchen, a double bed and a comfortable sofa bed. A staircase leads into the basement to the bathroom with shower, WC and bidet.
A separate room with washing machine and dryer is located in the basement accessible from outside. Here there is also space for bicycles.
The chalet gains through its bright, contemporary furnishing: small cupboards, shelves, sideboard and wardrobe offer practical storage space.

Whoever feels like culinary variety reaches in only 5 minutes on foot the Trattoria La Fattoria, a popular meeting point for locals, visitors from the lake and Milanese alike – pizza and pasta fans come from near and far.
Brenzio is a picturesque place whose old walls increasingly experience new use. The small but fine Trattoria La Fattoria at the church – only 5 minutes on foot away – forms the culinary centre of the barely 40-person community.

Due to the steep staircase and the hillside location the house is only conditionally suitable for persons with limited mobility. For small children increased supervision applies.
