Situated in a very calm area in Punta Prima, in 1st Line seafront, the house has been completely renovated.

The house is very close to one of the nicest beaches of Menorca ( only 1 mn walking) , but you can swim directly in front of the house. Special stairs are done in the rocks. The area and Punta Prima is famous because of the particular clarity of the sea, where boats like to stop.
2 levels : one with kitchen, living room, American bar, terrace, and one with the 4 rooms and another terrace.
2 of the 4 bedrooms are with the sea view directly from the bed!
2 bathrooms + 1 outdoor shower.

Very easy to come because 15 mn only from the airport.
