Positive: Good location , you are close to pretty much everything on foot , depending your fitness level.

Negative: The 102 room had a weird and heavy air quality. Felt like my lungs were asking for oxygen and that same feeling had my girlfriend. When we went outside it immediately went away. The aircons were not properly working which was hard to dehumidify the air. Plus the shower was extremely smelly and a sewage smell came out of it , with the bathroom door open the whole house was smelling of sewage.
