Summary: Montserrat was a gracious and accommodating host. She cooked a delicious breakfast for all 6 of us and was responsive to all our requests. The property was updated and well maintained. The deck on the roof was very nice and we liked sitting up there, drinking local wine, and enjoying the sunset. Montserrat's nephew was VERY helpful, he spoke very good English, and helped tremendously during the check-in process. My only 2 recommendations are as follows: (1) Devise better parking. The property is on a very busy street and we had to circle around 3 times to find it. When we finally found it, Montserrat me us out front and made someone move so we could park. We had to pay at the street meter for parking the whole time we were there. In the future, recommend allowing guests to park inside the gate on the driveway. (2) The 3rd bedroom upstairs had a bed that was very uncomfortable and had no air conditioning. Recommend changing the sleeper-sofa to a queen size regular bed and installing air-conditioning in the upstairs room.
