The space
This is a very well furnished and fitted property in a well maintained gated urbanisation next to Cabopino Golf. It is very large for a 2 bed apartment and has a sofa bed separate from the lounge sofa for the use of guests. It is situated in the popular but not over developed area of Cabopino with its lovely marina and fantastic beach and has great sea views.
There is a shared swimming pool, which is usually open all year round.
There is one allocated parking space and also free street parking outside the urbanisation.
Guest access
You will have the use of the whole apartment. There is a sofa bed in the lounge for use of guests if required.

N.B Check In time is 16.00 - 21.00 .Late check in after 21.00 hour till 23.00 hours have a cost of 50€ payable on arrival
Due to the operational problems caused by very late check ins, arrival times of later than 23.00 at the property are not accepted, if your flight or other method of transportation is delayed we will accommodate you, but please note there would be a late check in charge of 100€.
