This modern 3 bedroom apartment is located on a nice boulevard area of Alicante. The beaches, old town, castle, the center of the town can be reached in 10 min by tram/bus. There are very good connections to all areas, tram station is just 1 minute walking.
Along the Bulevard del Pla there are lots of coffee shops, supermarkets, restaurants and playing areas for kids.
This apartment is at the first floor (with lift facility). Refurbishment was done just recently. There is new furniture and equipment in the apartment.
There are:
- 3 double bedrooms, with double beds, night tables and built in wardrobes;
- 2 bathrooms with showers and toilets;
- living room with an extendable dining table, 3 seats sofa bed and a new smart TV with Spanish TV channels, some of them in English, dvd player;
- kitchen is fully equipped (fridge/freezer, electric hob and oven, microwave, kettle, toaster)
- large entrance hall with a welcome bar area (a bottle of wine from the house!)
- utility room (as small balcony) with the washing machine, electric boiler and iron board.
- Air conditioner is fitted in each bedroom and living room.
