Positive: The location, kitchen setup in the studio along with table and tv.

Negative: The apartment is on the ground floor and the main building door, which is adjacent to the apartment door, is very hard to open or close and it sounds a lot. Hence it might disturb your sleep when others access the door. Big part of the wall is made of glass and the door as well which might be a problem at night due to the light. The bathroom is smelly and small. Sometimes you might find the small chunks of tiles are falling from the ceiling as the bathroom is under the staircase.
