Depending on the season, almond, lemon, orange, and fig trees spread their fragrance, with a large plot of cacao trees to give them some competition. A spacious stone terrace extends in front of the 70 m² building, with attractive outdoor furniture and a shady sunscreen. This will be the place where you start your day and bring it to a close, doing whatever you like, because here there is no schedule and nothing you have to do. This area extends across the entire width of the house and leads on one side to the small pool zone, where the pool, with green mosaic tiles and an entry stair, is set into the deck. If you don't want to swim in the sea nearby, you can take a refreshing break from the warm Mallorcan sun right here, any time.
