The apartment is located on the second floor (accessible by elevator) in Block 10. To the left of the entrance is the dining room, living room and terrace, the kitchen directly in front, and the two bedrooms and bathrooms to the right.
The dining room has seating for 6. WIFI is available free of charge throughout the property. The large terrace looks into the urbanisation so there is minimal noise from road activities. The kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary utensils, and includes a Cooker, Crockery, Cutlery, Dishwasher, Fridge, Freezer, Glassware, Kettle, Microwave, Oven, Pots / pans, Toaster. The first of the bedrooms has two single beds, and has access to the opposite bathroom, which is complete with shower and bath. The master bedroom has a double bed and ensuite bathroom complete with shower, bath and hair dryer. Free public parking on site.
