We rent our luxurious and luminous big villa of 150 m2 habitable in 4 sides with private swimming pool full south, in a soothing environment.
It is located in Saleilles, a residential suburb very sought after by its proximity to the city of Perpignan and beaches, Saint Cyprien 10 minutes, Canet, Argeles, Collioure etc ... Close to all shops, supermarkets, thalasso center, cinema etc ....
Our villa is atypical of volume, spacious and very bright. It has large windows, a cathedral living room, a separate kitchen, both overlooking the pool terrace, our pool measures 8.5 m / 5m.
On the ground floor :
A room with a bed of 1,60m
A large modern bathroom with Italian shower recently redone.
A garage doing laundry office.
Upstairs a mezzanine office with a beautiful view of the living room and the pool.
Upstairs :
Three large bedrooms two with bed in 1.40m and one with two beds in 90 cm with cupboards and a beautiful bathroom.
Our villa is designed for 8 people.
