Positive: 1.Excellent location 2. Style and quality of furnishings better than in most rentals 3. Well-equipped and especially in the kitchen 4. By far the main attraction though is the wonderful terrace with great views of the city 5. The information pack sent by the owners was helpful regarding suggested restaurants, places of interest, etc

Negative: 1. They did not want us to check in until 17:00 but acquiesced so that we could gain entry before 16:00. Checkout was 10:00 which seems too early - especially as the sought check-in time wasn’t until 17:00 2. The remote access system(dialling a number to unlock the outer door)can be temperamental and needed re-setting - and the alternative means of getting into(and out of) the apartment building by key was hampered by the difficulty of getting the key into the lock - these issues really need attention 3. Instructions(or ‘requests’) from the owners on various matters were overtly visible on signs placed throughout the apartment - e.g. on bedside tables and stuck on doors (e.g. to keep noise down because of neighbours, to empty the bins and take bin bags to the basura out of respect for the cleaners, etc). This does not feel a great way to get messages across and detracted from the ambience of the apartment. The pre-arrival pack and maybe a one page sheet in the apartment would be more appropriate
