The apartment is spacious and very well located facing the sea. It is ideal for 8 people, but can accommodate 10. Has more than 80 sqm terrace, 60 sqm of which are closed forming a living / dining area where we do everyday. Breakfast, lunch and dinner with open windows and a spectacular ocean view is a luxury that is not paid. In summer, from 1:00 pm you have to close the windows leaving gaps, because the strong winds that are generated daily in summer move to the tables (Attention surfer!). The wind stops from 18:00. This day is a blessing wind freshening and makes always have a few degrees less than in Cullera Gandia or neighbors. If you want to walk up apartment, this is not your place. You have close, less than 15 km Cullera Gandia south or north. The distance to the sea is walking in a minute and nothing top views. A LUXURY!
