Outside, you'll enjoy a 500 m² unfenced garden in front of the house, and a private covered terrace with garden furniture and a plancha grill at the back.
Two parking spaces are available in front of the cottage. The 8x4 m, 1.5 m deep, chlorine-free swimming pool, shared with the owners, is open from late June to late September and is secured by a covered bar. You couldn't dream of a better location for creating memories and exploring.
Still peaceful, still in the countryside, yet only 5 minutes from the town center of Sarlat (3 km), a medieval town with an exceptional heritage.
For outdoor enthusiasts, there will be plenty to choose from: canoeing, swimming and fishing in the Dordogne or the Vézère, hiking, mountain biking, hot air ballooning... You will also enjoy trips on a barge on the Dordogne. Just a stone's throw from the major sites of the Dordogne, this cottage offers easy access to visits and walks throughout the region: Domme, La Roque-Gageac, Beynac, Castelnaud, Les Milandes, Les Eyzies de Tayac, the Lascaux and Maxange caves, the Gouffre de Proumeyssac, the Marqueyssac and Eyrignac gardens, etc.
