Positive: A great location in Salamanca, close to the main attractions but not too close to the tourist areas. The room was clean and well presented

Negative: The property was misrepresented. It is a room in a hotel, it is not an apartment. The price was way higher than booking a room at the hotel. We reported a broken table and a missing toaster which were not resolved during our stay. The air conditioning is centrally controlled and we could not control the room temperature. It was November and the heating was on and it was extremely hot with the aircon on. There is also a nightclub next door (Rubicon) so it is noisy on Friday and Saturday nights The room is advertised as having a dryer but they is a hotel facility which you pay for - it is not in the room

Summary: Nice location, but terribly overpriced and an ok room
