Positive: The apartment is new, the building is very nice and also the area. Very well equipped and excellent located especially if you are with car ( lots of parking spots) The mattress and the pillows were super comfortable!

Negative: It looks much bigger at the pictures. Too narrow for three people except you use it only to sleep in it.

Summary: Very good choice for couples
