On level 0, there is a living room with fireplace and a fully fitted modern kitchen, 3 bedrooms with bathrooms, terraces and a beautiful jacuzzi area and parking for 2 cars. Then we find another 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, another open and modern kitchen, the living room with a sliding glass wall overlooking the infinity pool and the town of Marbella. The pool has been divided into a swimming area and a special and safe part for small children. It is an ideal home for families with children, golfers and people looking for peace and tranquillity. The division into independent flats on two levels guarantees great privacy. The residents of the house, if they wish, can only meet by the pool. Each level is also equipped with a gas grill. Finca Vista was renovated in 2019. The owners of the villa changed the design of the rooms, let in a lot of light, furnished it in a modern, Scandinavian style and took care of every detail, while preserving the character and Andalusian soul of the house. The panoramic view of the sea and Marbella greets us at the entrance of the house and then accompanies us almost everywhere. An oasis nestled in the hills surrounding Marbella, only 10 minutes drive to the city centre and the beach. Malaga airport is a 45 minute drive away. Finca Vista is a very special place for an unforgettable holiday.
