This spacious holiday accommodation is ideally situated, close to the city centre and the well known beaches of La Concha and La Zurriola. Mirakruz H has just been partially refurbished and furnished (March 2015), which makes it a perfect option for your visit to San Sebastian. The surrounding area is perfectly serviced with shops, pintxo bars and restaurants, very lively during the day but quiet at night time. It is a 5 minute" walk along the Urumea River to the Old Town and a little bit more along the Avenue to La Concha Beach. However, the closer beach is Zurriola known for its consistent surfing conditions, just 300 metres.
The vacation apartment Mirakruz H is on the third floor of a building with a lift but with a flight of stairs before reaching the lift. It offers three bedrooms, a large open plan lounge-dining room, a kitchen and two fully fitted bathrooms.

Dans la zone qui entoure l´appartement on trouve toute sorte de magasins à la fois que de nombreux bars de pintxos et des restaurants. En tout cas, c"est une zone avec beaucoup de vie diurne mais sans bruits pendant le soir. De plus, en se promenant 5 minutes à travers le fleuve
Urumea on arrive à la Vielle Ville de Saint-Sébastien et par l´Avenue, à la plage de La Concha, bien que ce soit la Plage de la Zurriola excellent pour surfer celle qui est plus proche, à 300 mètres seulement. L"appartement Mirakruz H a été partiellement rénové et meublé en mars 2015, ce qui en fait une option fortement recommandée lors de sa visite à Saint-Sébastien.
Il est situé au troisième étage d"un immeuble avec ascenseur mais avec les barrières architecturales, il dispose de trois chambres, un grand salon/salle à manger, la cuisine separée et deux salles de bains spacieuses.
La salle est très lumineuse grâce au point de vue magnifique et la porte de français avec un accès direct à un petit balcon. Dans le salon, à côté du point de vue, il y a deux belles et confortables canapés tandis que du côté de la salle à manger, à côté du balcon, nous trouvons une table pratique et des chaises où vous pourrez profiter d"agréables soirées pendant vos vacances. La grande cuisine est entièrement équipée avec des appareils de qualité et ustensiles de cuisine complet, ainsi qu"une table et chaises, parfaites pour les repas plus informels.
La chambre principale de Mirakruz H a un lit double de 150 cm et grâce à la porte de français ayant accès à un petit balcon, profite d"une grande luminosité. La deuxième chambre a deux lits individuels et aussi un petit balcon, tandis que la troisième chambre a deux lits simples et un autre lit extra, ainsi qu"un autre petit balcon. À côté des chambres il y a deux salles de bains spacieuses et équipées avec douche.
L"appartement a également connexion à Internet Wifi. Il ne dispose pas de parking dans la propriété et dans cette zone un garage extérieur est très difficile de trouver ainsi que très coûteux. Si vous venez en voiture, nous pouvons vous réserver une place dans un garage à proximité au moment de confirmer votre réservation.
